RULES REGARDING ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

Eligibility Criteria :

  • On or before May-31st, he/she should fall in following age group.
  • Up to 3 to 6 Years of Age: Classes P.G./ L.K.G/U.K.G. Happy development of Culture and learning through Play Way Method.
  • Up to 6 or 8 Years of Age: Classes I to III. Creation enjoyable habits of learning.
  • Up to 9 or 11 Years of Age: Classes IV to VI. Creation of interest in academics.
  • Up to 12 or 15 Years of Age: Classes VII to X. Direct and efforts towards syllabus.

** Note that child must be of a minimum age as per the above table to be in a specific class. **

Procedure :

To secure admission for your child, these are the steps you need to follow:

Register your child for the admission process. Registration is compulsory.

 

  • A student seeking admission for 1st and onwards will have to undergo the entrance exam. The criteria for admission is 50% for previous years’ academic performance & 50% weight age will be given to performance in entrance exam.
  • The result of the entrance exam will be declared on the fourth day after the entrance exam.
  • If the child is through the admission criteria, you can confirm the admission by completing the office formalities.

  • Pay the first installment of fees. The total fee amount can be found here.
  • Collect all the receipts from the school office.
  • Confirm the date of the school reopening and the date and time of the orientation program.
  • After all is completed please confirm your bus and bus route with the bus in charge.
  • Registration doesn’t guarantee admission.

Documents Required :

  • Previous School L.C/T.C. (from grade 2nd)
  • Original Birth Certificate & Xerox copy (for admissions up to class 1st)
  • Photocopy of parent’s I- card (for parent’s signature verification)
  • Latest address proof: telephone/electricity bill
  • Parents photo 1 each.
  • Students Photo 2

Issue of Transfer Certificate

In the case of transfer of parents to any place, and subsequent to this, if the parents apply for School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate, the fees (as applicable) will have to be paid for that term.

For Withdrawal

If the student is to be withdrawn, from the school, one-month notice, before 31st March is to be given in writing, to the Principal. Actual withdrawal can be done on 30th April of the said academic year. Kindly note that if the name of the student is on the rolls, after 30th April, the 1st term fees, for that particular academic year will be applicable.

For Re-Admission

After withdrawal, if the student wants to take readmission, application for the same has to be forwarded and all the requisites for a new admission procedure have to be completed. In such cases admission will be subject to availability of seats in that particular standard
